By using wyomingtradingpost.com you agree to the following. If anything here doesn't work for you, don't use the site. Questions go to hello@wyomingtradingpost.com.

Orders + pricing

Prices are in US dollars. We may correct pricing errors before shipping; if the corrected price is higher than what you paid, we'll offer a refund or the chance to pay the difference. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Shipping + returns

See the shipping & returns page for details. Those terms are part of this agreement.

Product descriptions

We do our best to describe products accurately, including material, dimensions, country of origin, and maker. Natural materials like leather and wood vary piece to piece; no two hand-tooled items look identical.

Editorial + affiliate content

Articles and guides are editorial. Affiliate links are disclosed; see the disclosure policy. Recommendations reflect our opinion at the time of writing. Prices, availability, and product specifications on third-party sites change without our control.

User-submitted content

If you submit a product review, comment, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, and publish it on the site, with appropriate attribution. You retain copyright.

Intellectual property

Brand name, logo, original photography, and original article text are copyrighted by Wyoming Trading Post or its licensors. Third-party marks are the property of their respective owners.

Warranty disclaimer

Products are provided "as is" except for the specific warranty stated on the product page. Implied warranties are disclaimed to the extent permitted by law. Natural wear on leather, wood, and waxed canvas is not a defect.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the site or a product is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are resolved in Wyoming state or federal courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
