Shipping & returns

Shipping

  • US orders under $95: $9.95 flat-rate, USPS or UPS Ground at our discretion.
  • US orders $95+: free ground shipping.
  • Processing time: 2-5 business days for stocked items. Made-to-order pieces (hand-tooled leather, POD apparel) ship separately with a window noted on the product page.
  • International: US only right now. Canada is coming. EU / UK / AU under evaluation; customs complexity has to price in.
  • PO boxes: USPS only.

Returns

  • Window: 30 days from delivery.
  • Condition: unused, original packaging, original tags.
  • Return shipping: buyer pays unless we shipped the wrong item.
  • Restocking fee: waived for exchanges. 10% on refund-only returns of in-stock items. No restocking fee on defective returns.
  • Non-returnable: made-to-order / custom-stamped leather, monogrammed items, final-sale SKUs marked at checkout.

Exchanges

Sizing exchanges on apparel and boots: we ship the replacement once we receive the original. If the replacement is a price-point match, no difference charged. If it's not, we invoice or refund the difference.

Damaged or wrong items

Photograph the issue and email us within seven days of delivery. We'll send a prepaid return label and get a replacement out or refund your card, your call.

Order tracking

Every shipment gets an emailed tracking number. Tracking info updates once the carrier scans the package at their hub (usually 24 hours after we hand it off).
